According to DMR 18.6 Crane inspections MUST be done on a 6 monthly basis. Our certified inspectors and trained technicians provide accurate assessment of the condition of your equipment. We evaluate and identify risks and improvement opportunities and provide recommendations on any upgrades or repairs needed. We will also advise on repairs what is critical,
and non-critical repairs. We also offer CRANE LOAD TESTING and CRANE MANUFACTURING.

According to DMR 18.10 all lifting tackle must be inspected and colour coded on a 3 monthly basis.
Our trained inspectors are trained to inspect and ensure that the lifting tackle meets the required safety standards. We provide a file all certificates for individual lifting tackle and deliver it to you. We also supply quality lifting tackle and implement a numbering system for lifting tackle for clients.

We can design and build all single and dual speed electrical panels and supply all electrical components, wireless radio remote control systems, cables, globes, switchgears etc. We also offer upgrades of existing panels to VSD’S, rewiring of cranes and motor rewinds.

We can assist with building work, foundations, and other factory installations and repairs like: high bay lights, DB board repairs, Welding machine repairs, Hydraulic repairs, Machining and Spray booth manufacturing from start to finish.

We offer light to heavy steel fabrication for any application with approved engineer drawings. We design and fabricate man cages, spreader beams and lifting attachments, new factory design and drawings and erection of all steelwork.

We can service diesel, petrol and LPG forklifts as well as conduct load testing. We also do refurbishments, maintenance and repairs on forklifts.
